We would love to see new members come along. It's a simple format - a tape of music plays for half and hour, starting slowly and getting faster and we each do whatever exercises we feel like doing, according to our fitness levels. And we chat ;) After the music, there's about 20 minutes of stretches and yoga-type moves.
